John A. Mitchell is a MFA design candidate at Carnegie Mellon University graduating in May 2020. His works while at Carnegie Mellon include Tiger at the Gates, Zemire et Azor, and Marisol. While attending there he also worked on the Spring 2018 New Works series which included On Epistemological Problems in Atomic Physics by HyoJeong Choi, I Want you to Hit me with your Car by Anderson Cook, and The Fox or the Grape? by Jordan Barsky. While in Pittsburgh he worked with Kinetic Theatre on the regional premiere of Love, Love, Love and with Hatch Arts Collective on their production of Gloria.
